These Terms & Conditions govern your use of pocketfulofwonder.shop and any purchase you make from Pocketful of Wonder (“we”, “us”, “our”). By placing an order you agree to these terms.

Our products are mystery boxes

Every product we sell is a curated mystery box. The specific contents are chosen by us and are a surprise. You cannot select or request specific items, and item photos on the site are examples only. Each box is filled to the value and item counts described on its product page.

All sales are final

Because of the mystery nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. Please see our Refund & Returns Policy for the full details, including how we handle damaged or missing orders.

Pricing and payment

All prices are in US dollars and are shown on each product page. Payment is taken in full at checkout through our secure payment provider. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to cancel and refund any order affected by an obvious error before it ships.

Shipping

We currently ship within the United States only. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the size of each box and its destination. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed, as transit times are determined by the carrier.

Chargebacks and disputes

If you have any problem with your order, please contact us at nickers79@gmail.com before opening a payment dispute or chargeback. We are committed to resolving issues fairly and directly.

Intellectual property

All content on this site, including the Pocketful of Wonder name, logo, text, and images, is our property or used with permission and may not be reproduced without our written consent.

Limitation of liability

Our products are sold for enjoyment. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or incidental losses.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States.
